Решены задачи распознавания и передачи электронных образцов документов из фронт-линии в бэк-офис с помощью системы потокового сканирования, с использованием конфигурации «Электронное досье». Также разработана система оперативного хранения, которая позволила управлять документами на бумажном носителе и их электронными образами.

The client required a foundation for working with modern AI scenarios—computing power and access to cloud artificial intelligence services ready for industrial operation.

What we did. SERVICE YOU provided the supply of enterprise-class server equipment and enabled access to the Azure OpenAI cloud platform, followed by ongoing subscription support. This hybrid approach—own server capacity combined with cloud AI services—allows the client to deploy intelligent scenarios without significant capital investment in a dedicated computing farm and to scale capacity as their workloads grow. Result. The client received a manageable and predictable AI infrastructure with unified support—from hardware delivery to cloud subscription administration. The regular maintenance format ensures stable operation of services throughout the year.

Modernization of enterprise computing and storage infrastructure: replacement and expansion of server capacity to accommodate growing workloads.

What we did. As part of the project, SERVICE YOU supplied server equipment from leading manufacturers—including a high-density SUPERMICRO storage server and an HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 rack server—along with supporting infrastructure components (floor-standing server cabinets). The scope of work included not only delivery but also installation and commissioning of the equipment. Result. The client received a turnkey modern server platform: tailored to their needs, installed, and ready for operation. Delivery by a single contractor simplified configuration approval and scheduling, while installation support reduced risks during the startup phase.
